This is an initial draft written for a community pilot. It has not been independently reviewed for legal compliance.

What we collect

Your name, email, neighbourhood, optional profession, your interests, goals, conversation and availability preferences, and — when you book — the meetup you booked and any note you add.

How we use it

To plan meetups people actually want, to manage bookings and waitlists, and to contact you about meetups that fit. If you opt in, we'll also send occasional community updates. Opting in is never required.

Who sees it

Only the The Good Table organising team. Other members never see your email, answers, or booking details. We don't sell your information or share it with third parties without a lawful basis and clear disclosure.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by contacting the organisers. You can cancel any booking from your booking page.
